    Workforce raises 10M and ADP enters agreement to acquire Workscape

    Dayforce, a provider of on-demand workforce management solutions, has raised $10 million in new VC funding led by Bridgescale Partners. The round is split into a pair of $5 million tranches, and brings total investment in the company to $20 million. Dayforce has offices in Toronto and Georgia. David Ossip and gang continue to create a lot of market hype for competitors like Kronos.

    Workscape enters agreement to be acquired by ADP. ADP now has web based HRIS / Benefits Enrolment ( Employease), Talent Management ( Cornerstone partnership), Recruiting ( Virtual Edge Acquistion) and with workscape complex compensation software and performance management as well as employee portal and beneifts enrolment communication.
