CIPD finds talent management increases engagement
Most workers believe that talent management programmes are effective at boosting employee engagement, new research has shown.The Talent Perspective: What Does It Feel Like To Be Talent Managed report, published by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), revealed that 81 per cent of respondents said they feel more engaged when they are enrolled in such a scheme.
