Human Resource professionals are often asked to intervene in what appear to be personality conflicts. Many of these issues are really not interpersonal challenges, but rather issues that require a different kind of resolution than traditional problem solving. This article provides an overview of a concept that will be useful to HR professionals both in terms of strategic and issue intervention.
