The HR leader magazine celebrated its ten year aniversary
and 200th issue by making some predictions about the next decade.
One of the major challenges will be talent management. Leading
organisations such as Oracle are building a strategic response to
this challenge by exploring a number of key important questions.
These questions include:
* What are our hiring plans to gain skills, that cannot be cultivated
in house?
* Are we actively managing performance and utilising employees wisely?
* Do we have plans in place for developing future skills proactively?
* Are we strategically recognising and rewarding the right people?
* How do we keep our top talent engaged to meet our goals?
* Do we have our next wave of leaders identified
