Boca Home Care, Inc. is a Medicare certified agency providing skilled home health care and Boca Home Care Services, Inc. is a Nurse Registry arranging private duty home care. Combined we are able to serve our clients in a comprehensive way. Our focus is keeping seniors independent and safe in their homes while assisting families with referral information.

What sets us apart, in addition to having the Medicare side, Boca Home Care Services is run from a Social Work model. This means that we look at the total person within their different systems. We work with their family, doctors and Long Term Care Insurance provider. We make referrals which meet the client's needs whether it is as simple as guard rails in the bathroom, Day Care  Geriatric Care Management Support Groups, Elder Care Lawyers, Hospice, alternative living situations or whatever their unique need is.

Staffing is actually just one piece of the picture. We view our clients as long term relationships, moving in and out of their lives as their needs and circumstances dictate.

In addition to home care, we provide assessment and planning, lots of information & referral, Guardianship, Low Vision program through Medicare and provide educational talks in the community.
