    World at Work Total Rewards Conference, Booth 807 - Halogen Software, a leading provider of online talent management software, today announced strong growth in the demand for its award-winning, pay-for-performance solution. Halogen eCompensation has been enthusiastically received by mid-market organizations. This is clearly shown by the fact that deals that included the module made up 34 percent of Halogen's annual recurring revenue growth in the first quarter of 2010. Perhaps the strongest indicator of this growing momentum is the 63 percent increase in customer wins that included Halogen eCompensation in Q1 2010, over the same quarter in 2009.
