    Drive Peak Performance in your Organization

    Employers continuously struggle to find innovative ways to combat employee disengagement. Human resource leaders plan retreats, team-building exercises, and sometimes offer longer vacations to try to incent their teams. In order to understand what drives employees to perform and become A-players, it is necessary to learn the theoretical components behind motivation and employee engagement.



    Part of what I Love Rewards offers to clients is industry leading consultation for employers to improve employee motivation and engagement in their workplace. We understand that employees are the most important asset to any organization, and we focus on finding ways to improve their performance. Conley explains how to apply psychologist, Abraham Maslow’s, “Hierarchy of Needs” theory to human motivation in organizations to attain peak performance.

    Each employee has a hierarchical set of needs, from basic salary and benefits, to rewards and recognition. Conley’s pyramid includes money, meaning and loyalty. He offers many suggestions based on his personal achievements on how to drive peak performance in the workplace. Learn how he built a successful hotel chain before being rocked by the dot com economic downturn, and then used Maslow’s theory to rebuild his business into the second largest boutique hotel chain in the world.
