    Well, We in all the companies try to come up with a million of theories of how to retain our staff how to increase their productivity and how to invest as less as possible and reap as much as possible benefits.

    To start with no country in specific we have people looking for a job a lot of them with a different kinds of prospective and on the other hand we have a lot of jobs but we say we are looking for the right person with the right qualifications and we train them in a very big way and the right person since he is right gets a lot of chances and runs to other companies and we lose a lot of our money invested on him.

    when it comes to recruitment in specific we did most of our research or most of our search was to find the right person for that how much ever we enhance the interview skills or for that matter even if we have him interviewed for a week still we will not be able to say with the at most confidence that he is the right person for that job well there is a possibility of some exceptions to add to it we are looking for a set of skills rather than the person himself and we are not able to get the right him because we can’t he puts forward of what we want to see rather than what he is..

    well so the attrition the investment the motivation problems the decreasing productivity.........

    I don’t say I have an magic wand with me which can solve all your problems but after starting to think about it all the time I found a little thing which might solve our problems to some extent.....

    The concept is called”GROUP RECRUITMENT"...
