    TALES OF THE BAD BOSS
    Bee22 Pianezza
What makes a bad boss a bad boss? Here are some recent views from online:

    The Bad Boss:

    - has relatives who report to them
    - reprimands you in front of others
    - keeps favourites and covers up their mistakes
    - changes their minds frequently. leaving employees off-balance
    - uses highly unnecessary disciplinary measures when a simple talk would do
    - ignore employees until there is a problem, then they pounce
    - bullies staff and allows other workers to bully other workers
    - takes credit for the accomplishments of workers and is equally quick to blame workers when things go wrong
    - gives no recognition for great employee performance
    - isn't really qualified for the job
    - never lets go; continually brings up negative events from the past
    - breaks promises

And the biggest one of all -
the bad boss' behaviour is allowed by the boss'  bad bigger boss!

Do share with us your experience with bad bosses from the past or present.
