When I tell people, well, not people... “change consultants”, that our process changed an entire corporate culture within 3 months, AND, that the majority of the extremely visible changes happened in the first 2 weeks, AND, that 7 months later we went back and found the culture was still thriving and sustainable... they don’t really believe me. To be frank, some clients don’t believe me either.
The primary reason is that using traditional change management processes is a top down function and takes... well, a really long time! And that is if it’s even implemented. But then again, we did NOT use traditional methods.

Of course the size of the organization makes a difference, the case study I propose is for the Emirates Hotels and Resorts (a member of the Emirates Group). The first one we did had a less than 400 employees and the system takes an extra week for every 200 for the initial process.
