    How to Manage Talent in 2010


    As I mentioned in a recent blog post, researchers at management consulting firm Booz & Co. contend that the model for managing talent doesn't work for today's workforce. That old model imposes on employees a vertical climb up the corporate ladder that today's employees simply won't bite.
