    Increases at Apple but Jobs gets $1

    APPLE KEPT chief executive Steve Jobs's remuneration package at $US1 last year - the 12th such move in a row - while four other members of his management team each received a $US100,000 ($113,000) raise in salary after the board decided they were underpaid.
