Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America (Renaissance America) has named Karyn Glogowski as vice president of individual market and Dane Sprecher as national group sales account executive.
“Our growth has warranted new positions and with their individual experiences, education and enthusiasm for our industry, both Karyn and Dane are welcome additions to our valued sales team,” said John Hyden, director of Administration for Renaissance America. “They will be great assets to Renaissance America as we move the company forward.”
Karyn Glogowski
In her new role, Glogowski is responsible for the development and execution of the sales strategy for Renaissance America’s individual dental products. Prior to joining Renaissance America, Glogowski served as vice president of Medicare Employer Groups at Coventry where she was responsible for building and leading the sales and service operations to support the private fee-for-service growth objectives for the retiree market. Glogowski earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Columbia College. In 1997, Glogowski was honored with election to Fellow with the American Association of Health Plans. She has also served on the exam committee for the Academy of Healthcare Management.
Dane Sprecher
As national group sales account executive, Sprecher will be responsible for establishing and growing sales of Renaissance America’s group dental products in the mid-Atlantic region. Sprecher will utilize his five years of experience in dental and ancillary benefit sales. Sprecher graduated in 2005 with a bachelor of business arts from Michigan State University where he was a member of the Michigan State University Marketing Association and Theta Chi National Fraternity. In fall 2005, Sprecher earned a Certificate of Life and Health Insurance. Sprecher is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and the Michigan State Alumni Association.
