    The Role of a manager

Tips from my wellness session on Tuesday .
The role of a manager is to provide an environment that offers :

    1. Respect and Appreciation
    2. Articulating what is expected
    3. Enabling your staff to be heard
    4. Allowing them the freedom to speak up
    5. A work environment free from hostility
    6. A sense of belonging and support
    7. The tools to do their job
    8. Ability to use their talent

Seems simple ... but hard to implement. Do your managers know this ?
