I am sure that I can meet the requirements laid down by your company by employing my over-ten-year professional experience I gained while setting up the Polish branch of the West European company MEA - a manufacturer of building and construction materials.



Although this might be a subjective opinion, I see myself as creative, ready for new challenges and with sound, polytechnic education and numerous professional courses and trainings for managers. While setting up the Polish branch of my current employer, I coordinated the whole new company opening process. I was responsible for managing the sales process by creating a comprehensive long-term and short-term marketing strategy. I analysed and reported the company's development plans and results of development activities. I was responsible for negotiations and I took care of contract preparation. I managed the distribution network and supervised local and national promotions and training projects. I created guidelines for the individuals and units I supervised.

On the whole, I looked after my employer's good name by undertaking all reasonable and lawful actions aiming at the company's sales growth in the newly created branch. After eleven years of hard and persistent work, I can say without a doubt that I managed to succeed in a difficult operation of introducing a new company to the Polish market.

