Yunnan increases welfare and remuneration to Party members and cadres in rural border areas

Following the implementation of village-level structural reform in Yunnan province, retired village cadres will be entitled to receive retirement subsidies and incumbent village cadres will be covered by social pension insurance. Yunnan province will set up and improve a new inner-party incentive, care and assistance mechanism across its border area, and attempt to raise the welfare and remuneration to party members and cadres in rural border areas through a series of new measures.
