National Assembly chief’s salary rises by up to 21%
THE woman overseeing drastic changes to AMs’ expense claims received a pay rise of up to 21% last year, the Western Mail can reveal.
Claire Clancy, who is the National Assembly’s chief executive and therefore its top official, jumped from a salary band of between £120,000 and £125,000 in 2007-08 to one of between £140,000 and £145,000 in 2008-09. More: http://tinyurl.com/compensation51
