Three interesting articles about Talent Management.
United Talent Management (UTM), an organization dedicated to developing local/
regional talent for positioning in the international entertainment market, has launched
what is deemed as the first phase in the evolution of Caribbean entertainment
companies..
UTM, a regional and international company with main branches located in Trinidad and Tobago as well as Los Angeles, illustrates through its formation a true example of different forces uniting for a single purpose. It is with the same intensity and focus that it aims to truly unify the various facets within the entertainment industry in order to establish a single entity to elevate and expand the entertainment careers of aspiring Caribbean artists on a regional and global scale.
Ann Marie Abdool, President/CEO of UTM, continually expresses her belief that art
should not be divided but rather should be a collaborative and complementary effort to
make the final product nothing short of masterful. Thus, UTMʼs goal to utilize network
opportunities, collaborative ventures and strategic partnerships to guide and present
developmental opportunities to talented Caribbean nationals has led them to their latest
initiative, the International Talent Seminar. More: http://tinyurl.com/talentmanagement4
