    HSBC unveils graduate 'on-boarding' site

    Big four banking firm and graduate employer HSBC has shown its commitment to making new recruits feel welcome by launching a website which allows them to network with current workers.
    It comes after a recent Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development forum in which Ashley Hever, human resources manager for Europe at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, reminded all firms of the importance of making sure new graduate recruits are fully integrated into the business.
