    Measuring the impact of learning
    Guest
I am conducting further research into the measurement of the impact of learning on employee and business goal performance. I published a book on this topic in early 2009 and am now furthering my research.

I link learning activities with business goals and attempt to measure the impact.

If anyone has conducted similiar research I would be interested in exchanging ideas and information
    Regards
    Stan
