I discovered this company called PureIQ (www.pureiq.com) a few weeks ago. They are offering pre-employment testing. The greatest thing about their system, you can select multiple subjects (ex: CISSP certification + Cisco Networking + MCSE). You can send the test to all your candidates and you are getting the results back by email. On our side, we are interviewing only the top 3 candidates.
