    Exempt employees not working 40 hours a week

    Hello-
    I just started a job and I am managing a number of department managers that are coming and going as they please, and not putting in their full 40 hours a week.  The job seems to be getting done, but when they leave in less than 8 hours for a day, they are not using sick or PTO, just leaving.  Any thoughts on how to address this?
