Walking around the world

2 teams of 7 people from HR.com are part of the Global Corporate Challenge. In this challenge that started last Thursday each team member is tasked with walking 10K steps a day. IF all 7 team members do this, for 125 days we will have successfully walked around the world. Each of us show up for work and chat about how we got our 10,000 steps, talk about where we are in the world today (Bangladesh) and in my case how much pain I am in. It is all very motivating, in that we are all committed to making this work (and losing 2 dress sizes). Many companies like Direct Energy have over 400 teams committed to this program …
