FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Atlanta, GA – April 2nd, 2009 – Recently laid off from the same company and project, Stacey Adams & Kim Kilgoar, went straight to the top. Due to the troubled economy, finding employment in the corporate sector of recruiting was not much of an option! So, in February of 2009, these ladies began collaborating and went from being newly unemployed to Principal owners of Paradigm Recruiting Associates, LLC (PRA), based out of Atlanta, GA.

Unemployment is a harsh reality to all people, regardless of status, position, title, income, it affects us all. During these questionable times, going status quo and jumping back into Corporate America may seem like the only option, but does it have to be? “We knew this was our time to put our recruiting expertise and business management experience to profitable use, it just made sense for us to open our own firm…” says Stacey Adams, Principal Owner of PRA. With over twenty open job orders in just the first month, which can be viewed anytime at www.prastaffing.com , it would seem that opening a recruiting firm in the middle of a recession is genius!

With the new Administration in place and the stimulus packages all signed, the team at PRA have a strong focus on the markets that will be most affected. Though their recruiting backgrounds are diverse, regarding skill-sets they represent, they have a keen focus on Engineering, Bio/Life Sciences, Aerospace, Semiconductor, Financial & Supply Chain. Having offices located in Atlanta &, Cincinnati, they are truly at the pulse of these industries and technologies. Taking risks during risky times is something that seems to have “paid” off to the team at Paradigm Recruiting Associates, LLC.
