    LinkedIn has announced its release of LinkedIn Talent Advantage, a suite of solutions for recruiters.

    Talent Advantage contains a hiring technology called LinkedIn Custom Company Profiles, which helps companies present relevant information based on the job-seeker's industry, location, etc.

    Job postings have doubled on LinkedIn over the last six months, which resulted in more resumes to sift through. But at the same time, qualified candidates may not be actively looking. Talent Advantage lets recruiters uncover these qualified "passive" candidates. Nine hundred leading companies rely on LinkedIn's recruiting solutions. As the hiring market changes, LinkedIn Talent Advantage adapts to the needs of the HR community.
