    In the past decade, the workforce has changed dramatically. More than ever, a workplace is a diverse collection of individuals proud of all the components that make them unique.

    The challenge becomes inspiring diverse individuals work as a team. We all know what happens to organizations that don’t have effective teamwork: they falter and often fail. Neglecting to embrace diversity and utilize it to achieve business outcomes can impact employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Handled poorly, it can also have serious legal costs for corporations.
