C&K Management will use emPerform to automate the appraisal process of employees working in both the e-learning services provider division and the recruiting group. emPerform will allow employees to set goals and objectives that align with the company’s goals and objectives. emPerform will enable C&K Management to link their reward and recognition program to the performance of over 350 employees. <br />
