    Leaders in On-Demand Employment Screening and Online Recruitment Collaborate to Make Background Screening Solutions Available on Monster.com

    Irvine, Calif. and Maynard, Mass. -- July 31, 2008
    -- HireRight, Inc. (NasdaqGM:HIRE), a leader in on-demand employment screening solutions, and Monster(R), the leading global online careers and recruitment resource and flagship brand of Monster Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: MNST), today announced an agreement to make background screening services available to Monster customers. The integrated solution is designed to provide Monster customers an intuitive online experience and access to a range of background screening services, including criminal records checks, employment verifications, sex offender registry checks and motor vehicle records checks.

    According to Eric Boden, chairman and chief executive officer, HireRight, Inc., "We're excited to partner with Monster, an established leader and innovator in the online employment solutions arena. This alliance is intended to support the goals of Monster and HireRight by helping employers find high quality job candidates and easily verify the credentials presented by those candidates, all from a single user platform."

    Through the planned integrated solution, Monster will offer employers the opportunity to purchase HireRight background screening services as part of their current candidate management experience on Monster.com. Monster customers will be able to identify the best job candidates, accelerate time-to-hire by reducing screening time, and improve efficiency through reduced administrative tasks.
