    Competencies
    Francis Jeyaraj
How do I build endurance in the marketplace? The lessons I learnt through my international experience as Global Executive, I imbibe the following 7 competencies:

■■ Open-minded and flexible in thought and tactics
    ■■ Cultural interest and sensitivity
■■ Able to deal with complexity
■■ Resilient, resourceful, optimistic and energetic
    ■■ Honesty and integrity
    ■■ Stable personal life
■■ Value-added technical or business skills

I hope these 7 competencies would suffice, adding to my 7 key things /habits as posted previously to get to the lead and hold on to it.

    Best Regards,
    I. Francis Jeyaraj Sr.,
