I have recently published a book on talent management planning ("Talent Management Planning: Unlocking the full business potential)
In the book I outline the need to integrate talent management planning into the cycle of business planning. I propose a seven point methodology for the ongoing planning of the talent pool in an organization.
I believe that people achieve business goals and therefore communication, motivation, mentoring and coaching are all vital elements in developing, retaining and gearing the talent in an organization. Retention and replacement are important elements in the ever-changing busines environment but staff nonetheless drive client satisfaction, client retention and business development.
