    Organizations Get Failing Marks in Implementing Reward Programs

    When it comes to implementing employee reward programs, a significant majority of organizations get failing marks when it comes to effectively using line managers in the process. Hay Group research finds that only three of 10 of organizations rate their line managers as effective in implementing their rewards programs.
