Whenever, I see women in my contact who are extremely talented and getting good recognition in their Companies. When I talk about their salary part, it's really very frustrating. These talented women are getting very less salary even though their work is being recognized by their supervisor and management. They are working on good positions but when it comes on salary, it's really very down from the Industry Standards.
