    Interview Feedback Template
    Sreeram Kishore Chavali
Capturing interview feedback is very critical during interview process. To make the feedback received consistent, HR can publish a standard feedback form. Most of the time using a word template and then sending feedback is a little tedious. Soon use of template becomes inconsistent or interviewers get into habit of sending e-mails.

Since most of companies have Microsoft Office, using predefined templates that come with Microsoft Infopath (a component of Office) can be useful and productive too. You can invoke Infopath by going to Program Menu -> Microsoft Office -> Microsoft Office Infopath. (Contact your IT if this is not available).

When you open this application, you will be presented with Sample Forms. Applicant Rating is one of the sample forms that is installed with Office. After filling out this forum, using File -> Send to Mail Recipient to forward the feedback immediately.

This form has basic sections as well as optional sections that can be filled. Rating also can be done very easily by selecting options. Finally Hiring recommendation also can be specified.

Using this form can save quite an amount of time. This form can be customized to meet your company specific requirements.

You can also read more about this less known tool Infopath on Microsoft website.

Hope you will find this useful.
