    We will be talking about succession planning as a critical business process. Why has this become so important? We are really seeing this process of succession planning as becoming the initiative of the decade. Almost all of our clients are concerned about it. All of the people that we talk to in the marketplace are concerned about it and we have actually been delivering a number of presentations at various conferences on this topic as well.<br />
