    Recruiting Research Survey Launched
    Jon Drogheo
My name is Jon Drogheo and I am a Human Resources Consultant based in Denver Colorado.

My business operations background in developing performance measurements, process mapping, and organizational operations structure is the foundation of my human resources consulting experience. I am a consultant to top managers and executives regarding performance development, talent acquisition, human resources management, and organizational operational effectiveness.

Recently, I have been inspired to conduct research on recruiting practices and Recruiter’s attitudes regarding resumes. The following independent survey is designed to support a presentation that I currently perform for many organizations. In an effort to update my data I am asking you, the HR community and colleagues to help me in this effort. I will not know who completed the survey or what company you are employed by. I have two goals for this research. First, I want to help job seekers understand the impact their resume has on you, the recruiters. And my second goal is help you, the recruiters, to educate those seekers who are skilled for your jobs however, are being missed because they don’t “get it.”

I appreciate your help in my research and would value you sending this on to other Human Resource Professionals & Recruiters you may know.
The following link will take you to the survey.

When my survey is complete I will post the results on HR.com. Thank you,
    Jon
