Here is an invitation. Take a moment and think of the best learning experiences you've had. What made them so good? Write down the aspects of that learning experience that made it memorable for you.
Now, think of the learning interventions you have been designing or planning. Expand your thinking by including not only courses or development programs, but also coaching initiatives. Learning happens in many different environments.
How many of these "success criteria" have you applied?
There is more wisdom in our experience than we dare to think.
