    At the end of this week´s webcast "The Importance of Linking Learning and Performance Management Solutions", we received a few questions about how to measure the business impact of learning and development activities.  This Monday´s Thought Leader interview with Cal Wick on "The Six Disciplines of Breakthrough Learning" contains many practical suggestions around how to ensure learning is applied after an employee has participated in training.  

     

    Alternatively, on the topic of preparing for training before it occurs, last week´s Thought Leader interview with Carol S. Dweck, Lewis & Virginia Eaton Professor of Psychology at Stanford University is an informative discussion around how our assumptions or "mindset" impacts our learning and ultimately our success.  This is an interesting interview to listen to and apply at work or in our lives.
