My nephew Jack is in fourth grade. Remember the Life cereal commercial "Let Mikey eat it!...well Jack looks like Mikey. Always smiling, always laughing, and always digesting. His husky stature gives him a distinct advantage in the sport of baseball. Not particularly the swiftest of foot mind you - at least not yet - but man does he have power. When you look up the word solid in Webster´s Dictionary you´ll see a mug shot of Jack.

A few nights ago Jack pounded out a few base hits to the delight of everyone on his baseball team and in the stands. It seems that everyone - friend, family, stranger - roots for Jack. Maybe it is his personality, or his can do attitude, or his never-ending support of his family and teammates. No matter the reason ... they just do.

No doubt that Jack will remember this game for a long time. And no doubt that his Mom and Dad will too. At the end of the game the coach gave him the game ball. His smile is now in Webster´s too. We all need to attract the Jack´s of the world to our team.

And we can. Just show them the game ball and watch what happens. Go get ´em Jack!
