    Coaching Women Executives

    Many companies are realizing that they are lacking strong female executives in the leadership pipeline. As a result, many companies that I work with are launching coaching programs to address this and support top high-potential women executives in reaching the next level.

    Many companies are realizing that they are lacking strong female executives in the leadership pipeline.  As a result, many companies that I work with are launching coaching programs to address this and support top high-potential women executives in reaching the next level.

    Today's women executives want - and deserve - it all!  Not only careers that challenge and inspire them, but also fulfilling home and personal lives. This is new territory!  The goal of coaching programs for women executives is to support them in learning the rules of the game in the male dominated business world - to help them play the game to win, while still remaining authentic to their feminine self.

    Objectives of Coaching for Women Executives:

    • Develop self-awareness of your behavior patterns and passions.
    • Cultivate awareness of how others perceive you.
    • Understand the unspoken rules of the game in a male dominated business culture. 
    • Learn to communicate in the power language of your organization.
    • Listen deeply and ask powerful questions.
    • Ask for what you want and promote yourself/team appropriately.

    Expected Results:

    • Increased visibility and stronger relationships to the power base of the organization.
    • Stronger executive persona and confidence.
    • Set boundaries that allow you to take back control of your time and re-focus on the things that are important to you at home and at work.
    • Find success on your own terms as a woman - both professionally and personally.
