    <p>The social networking phenomenon is growing exponentially and you need to be out ahead of it. As with any cause there is usually a torch bearer, an internal champion. A best in class <b>Social Networking Guru</b>:</p>

    <p>-        spends the lions share of their time researching what is being said ( by those in relevant networks) about the topics germane to their recruitment initiative and the technology that is used to diseminate it</p>

    <p>-        has an insatiable appetite for information and a passion for connecting information to folks that can benefit from it.</p>
