    <div>For those of you who have not noticed, at the bottom of each "Area of Interest" page is a box labelled "Interact."  A link in this box will take you directly to any discussion threads related to the specific area of interest.  I would like to draw your attention to a contribution made this week.  An HR.com member is asking for ideas/comments/suggestions around how to implement an employee of the month award program. If anyone can provide ideas or suggestions related to this topic, I encourage you to do so.   I check this discussion board regularly and will suggest resources as appropriate, however, I encourage members to use this feature of the site. Presently we do not have a lot of questions submitted, however, if more members were to make use of this it could be a very valuable tool.  Hope to see you in the discussion threads soon!</div>
