Melissa is a graduate of Durham College, graduating in 2008 with with an advanced Advertising Diploma focusing on Marketing, Sales and Design. She spent the years immediately following graduation with a business based in Hamilton Ontario very quickly growing from Leasing Representative to Building Manager of Ontario's first ever private LEED certified student residence building at the young age of 22. She further went on to becoming a Realtor and International Student Rep in Ontario before starting a family and developing and managing her own Business.

By being a past business owner herself, Melissa has the experience required to really understand a businesses needs and wants from an ownership/executive level and the passion and enthusiasm to drive real results for her clients.
