Kavitha is Data Analyst, handling 5 magazines, uploads the articles and makes magazine live on schedule and cleaning our data. She is a mother of a girl baby who keep her busy running from activity to activity.

Kavitha is a Post Graduate in HR from Symbiosis, Pune University and has done a Certification Course from Practical Training Institute, HR House Bangalore. She has 12 years of enriched hands-on experience in various Managerial positions of HR & Admin Departments. She has worked for various industries like Manufacturing, Chemical, Retail Chain, Export House - blend of Indian and MNCs.

Her expertise is in the areas of Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Employee Engagement, Event Management, Welfare Activities and Awareness Programs in association with St. Johns Hospital under the Project called HER (Health Enables Returns). She has also acquired skills of Statutory and other legal compliances - Audit (SOX Audit 2002/ Code of Conduct Assessment/ SA8000:2008 etc).

Kavitha is active and associates herself in the Programs of National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) Karnataka Chapter, MTHR global and Karnataka HR Forum and has attended various Conferences, Training Programs and Workshops.
