- Belinda’s roots are Mexican and Danish, with Spanish being her first language.
- She lives and breathes technology and training.

Belinda currently manages the operations side of marketing as well as the technical and development side of our HR Genius product, which enables our members to become smarter through the interactive use of our eLearning lessons. Belinda began her relationship with HR.com in the year 2000 and has worn many hats over the years; Content Manager, IT/Development Project Lead and Training/Testing Facilitator. She is our go-to person when it comes to knowing how our platform functions and gets to the fine details of any project she focuses on. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, working out, and dreaming about spare time!
