I was a frustrated programmer before I discovered the world of Learning & Development but I started off my career as Customer Care Professional for Office Depot. I haven't tried playing with codes though, how ironic!
The journey was never a walk in the park but I decided to keep going as I am a big believer of "Your hardwork will always pay off".
I worked in BPO for almost 8 years: from Customer Care Professional to Classroom Manager. My favorite part in everyday of my Training & Development life was to see them leave the room empty-handed no more. I just love to advocate for the learners' success. This is what brings me joy, sense of purpose and direction, and peace.
