HR.com Seeking Staffing Experts to Collaborate in Design of Curriculum for Groundbreaking Online HR Certification Program.

Aurora, ON - September 15, 2015 – Over the past two years, HR.com has provided over 180,000 individuals with continuing education credits for various disciplines of HR. In the staffing industry specialty alone, the program has delivered over 330 hours of leading-edge content as a free service to its members from over 250 industry experts.
Two years ago, HR.com launched into the HR certification preparation business. Viewed as the largest provider of certification preparation for the PHR/SPHR programs, reports show a 93% pass rate among HR.com students (compared to the industry average of approximately 55%).

This month, HR.com will be launching a fully online preparation course for HR certification that will support both the HRCI-SPHR/PHR and SHRM-CP/SCP certification programs.

HR.com is currently assembling advanced, talented industry experts from across the globe to join in revolutionizing the staffing industry with the first fully online staffing certification and accreditation program. This program will encompass all aspects, tools, and tips of building successful recruiters and hiring teams, featuring the online instructors as the experts.

Each expert interested in participating in the design and development of this course, and those who are selected, will be paid royalties (per module produced) as well as referral sales on products they refer to their network.

The expert certification programs will be made up of a number of modules that are each 12 to 20 minutes in length. These modules:
    1. are 100% self paced, and entirely online,
    2. offer tips on how to execute on a specific task,
    3. offer practical tools and templates as well as measurements that individuals will need to be successful,
    4. will test user comprehension and their usability to understand course concepts,
    5. are ADA compliant,
    6. embedded in the day to day workflow where possible,
    7. are entirely searchable and indexed for just-in-time learning, and
    8. are partially animated and feature instructor branded characters.
Interested staffing experts can refer to this shared file for an overview of the staffing topics to be addressed in the program: Staffing Topic Selection Staffing experts can add their name beside a topic they are qualified in and may also suggest additional topics not listed.
