    HR.com Announces the most comprehensive Industry Buyer’s Guide with Crowd Sourced Ratings for Products, Services, and Educational Offerings from Over 3,300 HR Companies.

    This significantly improved virtual HR.com Buyer’s Guide will soon provide a multi-dimensional assessment and showcase of real-time reviews and ratings of HR suppliers listed by area of HR specialty, allowing both vendors and customers to benefit.

    “HR.com's buyer’s guide is a Trip Advisor "like" format for a service that offers an alternative to the traditional analyst model”, says Jeff Nugent CEO of Contingent Workforce Solutions. “A buyer’s guide based on feedback sourced from the crowd gives a more realistic view of the offerings and service levels of the various HR suppliers. Using the crowd versus vendor paid research of a single analyst is an exciting way to give buyers a transparent view of alternative suppliers and real customer adoption.”

    This enhanced guide offers the most extensive listing of both HR suppliers (3,300+) and their respective products (4,400+) in the industry. The interactive nature of this guide allows for real-time rankings and ratings of vendors that will produce the Industry top-20 list driven by consumer feedback each quarter. HR professionals will be able to filter results to find metrics similar to theirs including the ability to sort client ratings based on company size, industry vertical, geographical scope. Suppliers of HR services are encouraged to update their product guide listing for no charge and add additional products, and service offerings to their listings at no charge. Product version tracking is also accounted for in this new system which enables vendors to show significant improvements in product lines.

    Currently this product is free of charge for both HR vendors and suppliers but HR vendors are not able to rate their own products or their own companies. Any HR professional is required to have a valid company domain name in their email to provide ratings.
