Online Certification Program Delivers for HR Professionals Specializing in Technology Enabled Learning.

It was one year ago when HR.com’s Institute for Human Resources (IHR) launched a one-of-a-kind virtual certification program for HR professionals who want to specifically upgrade in Technology Enabled Learning.  The convenience of online education for busy professionals is a no-brainer when looking into options for upgrading and advancing their careers.

HR professionals are choosing the virtual learning method where they control their education.  They have access to the Institute’s collection of knowledgeable industry experts as an unmatched faculty line-up, the latest learning technology, and the most up-to-date relevant webcast content, all from the comfort of their own favorite laptop location.  Each webcast selected and viewed earns one IHR credit hour for a participant to count towards their certification.   In addition, those unable to view webcasts live and participate in liaising and sharing with presenters can opt to view any preferred archived webcasts at any time of day convenient to them.  The best part – there is no fee for viewing a webcast!

Examination of the past year shows a resounding 4,500 plus attendees received credit in 71 Technology Enabled Learning webcasts, all available now in online archives.   Completion of certification in this program requires a minimum of 80 credits indicating graduation from this specialty will be possible later in the year with the offering of more webcasts and virtual conferences.

Upcoming Technology Enabled Learning virtual events this year are scheduled for June and September.   An example of a past session attracting large interest from participants was “Make Your Online Training Unforgettable” presented by Linda Uli from Cisco Systems.

“The Institute for Human Resources provides valuable services to Training and HR professionals in the areas of building communities, providing education and developing the industry overall. I’m impressed with the breadth and depth of content and resources that IHR offers. IHR sets a new, high standard for professional development that strongly advances the training and HR industry.  I am honored to be a part of this community, and appreciate all that IHR provides to industry professionals.”
