    HR.com has confirmed that Frank O’Dea, co-founder of The Second Cup, entrepreneur, humanitarian and author, will join the roster of speakers at LEAD2018 in Salt Lake City on February 7th.   

    O’Dea overcame a rough start living in impoverished shelters in Toronto, Canada in his early teens. Fighting the formidable obstacles that hold back the homeless and the destitute, he overcame and rejoined society in his twenties. Within a few short years, he co-founded The Second Cup, which soon became the largest chain of gourmet coffees and teas in the country.
