In addition to the awards, attendees to the Global Leadership Forum are invited to assist in planning for the Global Leadership Initiative in 2015, where top content and speakers will be selected and broadcast out to hundreds of host sites globally. This year’s 2014 event will focus on building the business plan for a massive global event in 2015, with plans to simulcast the event to over 1 million business people, thus creating the 'Oscars' of Leadership.

The goal for planning the 2015 event with many of the top thought leaders at the 2014 event is to ensure the support of global leadership, to make content accessible on any device as well as affordable for any use case, and to maintain the high quality content that is associated with the world’s top leaders. HR.com is looking for volunteers and committee members to assist in planning the 2015 event as well as host sites and global distribution partners. To apply to be a host site/distribution partner, visit crm.hr.com/becomeahostsite

For the first time ever, technology has enabled HR.com to globally broadcast keynotes and sessions live and add interactive participation to ensure leadership training is not a one time effort. Being an effective leader is an art and takes practice. This global event, coupled with a personal development app, enables leaders from any country to practice and track their leadership skills for three to five minutes a day.  A Personal Excellence App will be launched at the Vail conference.

Aurora, ON, Canada – HR.com, the largest global social network and resource website for human resources (HR) professionals, has launched an Affiliate Program geared towards rewarding their members for referring their colleagues, friends, and acquaintances to HR.com and their products and services.

“In the world of social media and online relationships, it is important to recognize and reward influencers and media who make positive endorsements and continue to support HR.com and our community. We are always amazed at the contributions of our community and how impactful their contributions have been,” said Debbie McGrath, CEO of HR.com.

Any registered member (free service) is able to promote their own unique referral code or URL. Affiliate tool kits have been set up offering the latest promotional material and award levels for each product. Currently only registrations for live events, SPHR and PHR certification exam preparation courses, and paid memberships are eligible for referral points. The intention of HR.com is to enable all products they sell to eventually be available through the Affiliate Program.

HR.com has developed a referral system that provides each member of HR.com with a unique referral code per product or service referred. The user clicks on this shared link and is cookied and subsequently verified upon purchase. The referral code can be shared via emails, social media updates like postings on Twitter, LinkedIn, or Facebook, and their websites or other favored channels. Purchases made from a member’s referral earns points for the affiliate member that can be redeemed for cash, products, live event passes, marketing credits or a donation to a charity of the referrer’s choice.

Affiliate members can provide their network with preferred pricing on live event registration fees, allowing their network to pay a discounted rate through the Affiliate Program. The program is free for members to join and there is absolutely no limit as to how much a member can earn and redeem in terms of points for their referrals.

Information on joining the HR.com Affiliate Program (crm.hr.com/affiliateinfo) as a promoter is available onsite including details on a short informative webcast, “How to Earn Money with HR.com's Affiliate Program” which outlines the referral process.
